Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Carenard Collection is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags, when applicable. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
